Ms. Lipka is a Senior Benefits Consultant for Tepfer Consulting
Group, Ltd., an actuarial, administrative, and employee benefit
consulting firm in Northbrook,
Illinois. Prior to joining Tepfer Consulting
Group, Ltd. in 2009, she served as Director of Employee Benefits
Consulting for Africk Chez PC.
Ms. Lipka is a member of the American Society of Pension
Professionals and Actuaries. Ms
Lipka is an Employee Retirement Plan Agent and Qualified Pension
Administrator.
Ms. Lipka has over 20 years of experience concentrating in plan
design, drafting of plan documents, accounting, administrative and
consulting services for qualified retirement plans and Section 125
Cafeteria Plans. During her career, Ms. Lipka has served as a
consultant to the employee benefit plans of many private employee
pension funds and specialized industry groups.
In her current capacity her primary responsibility is the management
of the firm’s Defined Contribution and Welfare Benefits Practice. As a
key member of Tepfer Consulting Group, Ltd.’s consulting team, Ms. Lipka serves as a primary contact for
more than 150 firm clients ranging from small medical practices to
plans maintained by larger manufacturing and heavy industry.
Additional responsibilities include new business development,
assisting clients with review of proposals to replace investment
advisors and/or vendors, coordinating the transfer of plan assets and
records between investment advisors and/or vendors, compliance review
of plan documents, annual reports, forms and procedures for client’s
internal use, Internal Revenue Service audits and Department of Labor
audits.
