NOLAN S. FRANK

Mr. Frank is an actuarial consultant for Tepfer Consulting Group, Ltd., an
actuarial, administrative and employee benefit consulting firm in Northbrook,
Illinois. Prior to joining Tepfer Consulting Group, Ltd. in 1995, Mr. Frank was
associated with Tepfer & Spitz, Ltd. He holds a B.S. degree in Actuarial Science
from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana.
During his career, Mr. Frank has assisted as a consultant to the employee benefit
plans of many pubic employee pension funds and specialized industry groups. In
his current capacity, his primary responsibility is the management of new business
opportunities as well as serving as employee benefits consultant to small and
mid-sized companies. Mr. Frank serves as a primary contact for more than 100 firm
clients ranging from small medical practices to plans maintained by larger manufacturing
and heavy industry.
Mr. Frank is responsible for the development and maintenance of all computer
systems for the firm. In this capacity he has designed and implemented all proprietary
software used in the production of the actuarial and administrative reports prepared
by the Company. Mr. Frank also maintains the firm’s data tracking software.
As a key member of Tepfer Consulting Group, Ltd.’s consulting team, Mr. Frank
is also responsible for the initial design and general implementation of specialized
coordinated retirement programs for clients of the firm who maintain multiple
retirement plan arrangements. During this year, Mr. Frank has also assumed responsibility
for coordinating the plan restatement and submission process for the firm’s client
base.
Mr. Frank is currently progressing through the examination program sponsored
by the Society of Actuaries and the American Academy of Actuaries. He is simultaneously
preparing for federal licensing requirements under the Joint Board for Enrollment
of Actuaries.
