Tepfer Consulting Group, Ltd. was formed in June,
1995. The firm's principal was a founder of Tepfer and Spitz, Ltd. and prior to
that was an executive with Laventhol & Horwath, the national accounting and consulting
firm. Mr. Tepfer served as Midwestern Regional Director for Laventhol & Horwath's
Employee Benefit Consulting practice. Tepfer Consulting Group, Ltd. provides consulting,
actuarial and administrative services in employee benefits to the small and mid-sized
employer marketplace. The firm currently employs three professionals and support
staff.
